Software & Security Services Agreement

1. Services Agreement

By engaging Tunas Tech for cybersecurity services, including Penetration Testing, SOC Monitoring, or Bootcamps, you agree to these terms. All security assessments are conducted under strict authorization protocols.

2. Security Testing Authorization

Clients must provide explicit written consent for any proactive security testing (Pentest). Tunas Tech operates strictly within defined scopes and is not liable for system interruptions caused by standard testing procedures on fragile infrastructure.

3. Confidentiality

All findings, vulnerability reports, and client data are treated as strictly confidential. Tunas Tech uses industry-standard encryption for data handling and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent.

4. Bootcamp & Training

Bootcamp materials are intellectual property of Tunas Tech. Recording sessions or redistributing course content is prohibited. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of final exams.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% security, no system is impenetrable. Tunas Tech is not liable for future breaches unless caused by direct negligence in our specific scope of work.
